About me

Ten years ago, I found myself struggling with excess weight, hormonal imbalances, irregular/painful periods, and persistent acne. At 18, weighing 84kg with a waistline of 97cm, conventional treatments offered little relief, leaving me feeling helpless and my self-esteem shattered. It was then that I decided to take matters into my own hands, delving into the world of fitness and nutrition to address the root cause of my issues. Abandoning harmful medications, I embarked on a holistic approach to reclaiming my health. This pivotal decision spurred me to pursue a three-year study in Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Graduating in 2018, I've since been dedicated to treating patients with various serious conditions like hormonal issues, immune issues, gut issues, and neurological issues across multiple clinics.

Over the course of one and a half years, I shed 22kg, slimming down to 64kg with a waistline of 62cm. Yet, I still yearned for more than just a slimmer physique—I aimed to build an hourglass figure, with thick thighs, ample glutes, and a strong, tight core. Through dedicated effort, after three years, my thighs tripled in size and my glutes became more defined, reflecting my commitment to achieving my desired physique.

Motivated by my transformative journey, I pursued a Personal Training Diploma to empower others in reclaiming control over their bodies and fostering self-confidence. Additionally, I completed a genetic testing course, enabling me to optimize my own regimen and extend personalized guidance to my clients.

Furthering my commitment to health and wellness, I ventured into the field of sports and exercise rehabilitation. Graduating with distinction with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation, I equipped myself with a comprehensive skill set encompassing posture correction, injury rehabilitation, sport-specific training, and sports massage therapy.

Building on my education and experiences, I joined the Kountourgiotis Physiotherapy Center in Cyprus. Here, I dedicated myself to working with patients, focusing particularly on the rehabilitation of sports injuries in athletes from the main football and volleyball teams in Cyprus. Collaborating closely with physiotherapists, surgeons, and medical professionals, I utilized my expertise to contribute to the holistic well-being of our clients, integrating a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare.

In 2021, I expanded my professional endeavors by collaborating with hotels, members clubs, and retreats such as Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment, PINQ in Baked Street, and Ascencia Living. Here, I focused on designing restaurant menus and tailoring them optimally, ensuring that guests could enjoy nutritious and satisfying meals. This work was carried out alongside my ongoing commitment to seeing clients and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

During the pandemic, amidst the challenges and uncertainties, I founded Ascencia Living. Drawing from my own experiences and passions, I aimed to create a space where individuals could detoxify their minds and bodies, immerse themselves in nature, and find rejuvenation. I've always found solace in activities like hiking, meditating, and yoga, and during lockdowns, I realized the profound impact they had on my well-being.

What began as a small group of six friends exploring nature sites, practicing mindfulness, and enjoying outdoor activities evolved into something much larger. Ascencia Living retreats grew to accommodate 34 individuals from different parts of the world. Witnessing the positive transformations in participants inspired me to extend invitations to my client base, recognizing the potential for these retreats to catalyze profound changes in their lives. By embracing healthy, nutrient-dense foods, reconnecting with their bodies and nature, and engaging in physical activities, attendees found a release from their everyday stressors and embarked on a journey towards holistic wellness.

Combining nutritional therapy with sport exercise rehabilitation

My passion of helping individuals to restore health from all aspects, led me into studying these two subjects, helped me merge the inner body(organs, health) with the outer body(posture).

Not only health conditions impair an individuals well being, for example a postural disfunction/weakness/injuries could also lead to impairing an individuals wellbeing.
