Diagnostic testing
Diagnostic tests are used to help identifying the underlying factors that may be causing/contributing to your symptoms. As some of these tests may be pricey, If some of these test can be done via your G.P, I would usually refer you.
Most of these laboratory tests are sent via post to your home and the samples are collected at home. On some occasions, tests samples may require to be collected at the lab or a clinical setting.
These samples may usually involve a blood, urine, stool sample, saliva or breath.

Performance tests are generally conducted for athletic individuals, which helps individuals to reach peak performance within their sport or training by identifying underlying factors which many be getting in the way of their performance.
Most of these test are done in a clinical setting as this requires machinery and equipment. A few of these laboratory test are are send via post to your home and the samples are collected at home.
These samples may usually involve a blood, urine, stool sample, saliva or breath.
